Do you have any food and drink stalls on site?

Yes we have.

Do you have disabled access?

The Destination @ Lakeside is a flat area.

Yes we have a Facebook, Instagram and TikTok account you can follow us on.

Can I bring dogs

Unfortunately no, but we do allow assistance dogs.​

Is there onsite toilets

Yes, there are.

Can I take photos/videos on my visit?

Photography and filming on-site at The Destination @ Lakeside is only permitted for personal, non-commercial use by amateurs. Please ensure you are only taking photos/videos of your own party on site. Smartphones and handheld cameras are permitted.

How can I book tickets for an event?

You can book here or you can book on the day at the box office next to the ice rink (subject to availability). We strongly recommend booking online to avoid disappointment, especially during busy periods like the weekends and school holidays. ​​Please note online bookings can only be made up to 30 minutes before the start of the session.

How do we receive our tickets?

E-tickets are issued to the email that is provided at the time of booking, please bring along your smartphone or print off the e-ticket and present it to the staff at the skate exchange area.

Can I amend my booking slot?

Bookings can not be refunded, however, you can amend your date/time here. destinationatlakeside@outlook.com

Can I get a refund for my booking? 

We do not offer refunds.  If you are no longer able to attend your booked time slot, please inform us in advance and our staff will do their best to find an alternative, convenient slot for you.  Please contact us quoting your booking reference number at destinationatlakeside@outlook.com

How much is ice skating?

£18.99 Adult, Child 14 and under £14.99. (Age 14 and under must be accompanied on the ice with a paying adult). We also have the option of a Family TIcket £59.99.

What age are children's tickets valid for?

Children tickets can be used for anyone aged 14 and under (i.e up to the day before their 15th birthday).

Is there a age limit to skate?

No under 3’s allowed, all children under the age of 14 must be accompanied at all times by an adult 18 years old.

Can wheelchair users access the ice?

Yes - please contact us before booking so we can accommodate your session destinationatlakeside@outlook.com.

How long is the ice skating session?

45 minutes skating, you must be checked in 15 minutes before your session start time no admittance after this time.

Do you have skate aids?

Yes, they are available to book when you book your session and also to hire on the day, subject to availability.

Can I bring my own skates?

 Yes, you can. 

​

Can I change my booking slot?

Do I have to book to attend Winter Wonderland Lakeside? 

There is no entrance fee to attend, if you would like to skate this requires a booking.

​What rides are there at Christmas?

Snow Dome Waltzer, Santa’s Roller Coaster,  Avalanche,  Observation Wheel,  Vintage Dodgems  Santa’s Wacky races,  Balloon ride,  Circus funhouse,  Toy Town carousel,  Catch A Santa Claus,  Candy Cane Bungee trampolines as well as Christmas game stalls.
